Programming in MasterCAM
We program all our milling and turning machines using MasterCAM software. MasterCAM is the world leader in this field, and the most commonly used system. Using MasterCAM enables us to program offline and prepare all programs while the machines are running, saving us valuable time and money. Using Mastercam efficiently, makes our whole production more competitive and helps keep the ever so short delivery times to our customers. Today it is a necessity as our focus is primarily complex parts where CAM systems are needed.
Monitor ERP system
The heart of our company is our resourse management system. Monitor ERP system is a leading ERP system for manufacturing companies. It is a highly powerful software, that we use to control every part of our company, from inventory, sales, accounting, quality management, invoicing, and most importantly, our production resourses and production planing. We use it to control our purchases to make sure we have the materials and tools we need, when it is time to start production.
Most things we do during a day, gets registered in one way or another in MonitorERP. The system will keep us on track and make sure we keep our deadlines to clients.
Advanced milling and turning
Our core business is machining advanced and complex components in a variety of materials, mainly aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, different kinds of plastic materials as well as normal steel. We focus on milling and turning in small to medium sized production batches. We can offer prototype production as well as production batches of 1000pcs or more, all depending on what type of component it is. We offer everything from 2-axis turning and 5-axis milling, to multiaxis production both on the milling and turning department.
With a combination of highly skilled and motivated operators and programmers, we feel we can offer a service level and efficiency that will exceed most competitors in the field. Haas and DMG Mori machines
We work exclusively with new and moderna machiens, mainly from Haas and DMG Mori. We feel these two manufacturers cover our need in the best way. Strategically we have made the choise only to focus on these two brands, to be able to standardize our way of programming and setting up the machines, so that all our employees can manage all machines easily, and be able to work efficiently.
Haas and DMG Mori combined, perfectly covers our needs in regards to machines, now and as far as we can see, for the future also.
Haas are very strong on milling side, where we use primarily Haas machines for the moment, and DMG Mori has a very strong range of machines for advanced multiaxis turning jobs.
